Our Pillars
Every family we work with is met through one or more of these pillars — on their own, or combined into a full plan of support.

Family-centered support that rebuilds communication, trust, and connection at home.
Skill-building support that meets young people where they are — in school and in the community.
Partnership with schools, community organizations, and Dallas-area leadership councils.

Our Founder
Dr. Michele Haley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Dallas native with a lifelong commitment to children, adolescents, and mental health. She earned her degree in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, later completing a PhD in Business Psychology. Her clinical background spans both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, and she is an expert in community advancement. Over more than 15 years in the field, she has built a career grounded in psychological safety — delivering care across school systems, individual therapy, and group therapy settings.
She opened A Brighter Destiny Family & Children Services, where she provides children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–22 — and the families who love them — with trauma-informed, clinically grounded care. She served on the Leadership Council with Communities In Schools Dallas Region and speaks regularly at community forums on mental health and suicide awareness.
Dr. Haley also brings her clinical lens to organizational settings as a government strategic organizational consultant, and is the owner of Destiny Luxe Spa.
