MEET OUR FOUNDER

Michele Haley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on children, adolescents & and mental health. As a Dallas native Ms. Haley has a passion for working in the community to provide additional services to families and children in need. 

 

Ms. Haley graduated from MacArthur High School, in just 3 years by taking advanced courses and an additional class load. After receiving a scholarship from the state of Texas as an advanced student Michele enrolled at Prairie View A&M University where she received additional scholarships through band and academics. There she received several acknowledgements for her academic achievements including being on the Dean's List. 

 

After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, Ms. Haley moved to Atlanta, GA. There is where she developed a passion for improving the lives of children through mental health development. Obtaining a Master's of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University Michele moved back to Dallas, TX to advance in her career. 

 

In Texas she has become a licensed therapist, opened her counseling agency A Brighter Destiny Family & Children Services, LLC., serves on the Leadership Council with Communities in School Dallas Region, speaks at community forums regarding mental health and suicide awareness, and is involved in many other advocacy programs.

 

Ms. Haley currently works in the field of mental health, providing families with tools and resources to improve their quality of life. Michele's mission is to build better communities by helping youth succeed, increasing awareness, and serving the underprivileged.
